Human Resource Professional - Quest Cove Properties LLC jobs uae
A Dubai based full service real estate brokerage seeks an HR professional who has a qualified, experienced, and successful track record of hiring talent, especially from the United Kingdom, particularly for the real estate industry. The professional would be responsible for continuous screening, onboarding and successful retention and career progression initiatives of the talent base of the company. The candidate must have:
1) Experience of working as an HR professional in Dubai, ideally in the real estate or other service-based industries.
2) Deep understanding of the search, screening, onboarding and retention process of talent from the United Kingdom for the Dubai real estate industry or other service-based industries.
3) Understanding of all the various channels, outreach and employment offerings required to attract talented professionals for the Dubai real estate industry.
4) University degree and qualifications in Human resources field would be seen favorably.
