Job Description:



We are seeking a dedicated and experienced B2C Limousine Service Manager to join our transportation team in Dubai. In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of our limousine services catering directly to individual customers. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, customer service, fleet management, chauffeur scheduling, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers.


Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the limousine service ensuring adherence to established standards of quality, customer service, and safety.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and profitability of our limousine services.
  3. Recruit, hire, train, and supervise chauffeurs and other service staff; conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
  4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Oversee fleet maintenance schedules and ensure that all vehicles are in excellent condition.
  6. Coordinate chauffeur schedules to ensure maximum efficiency and minimum downtime.
  7. Monitor and enforce compliance with all local, Dubai, and UAE transportation laws and regulations.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Dubai market.
  9. Prepare and manage the operational budget; monitor expenses and identify cost-saving measures.
  10. Analyze operational data and metrics to understand service performance and customer needs, and use this information to drive improvements.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Hospitality Management or related field. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
  2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a management role in the transportation or hospitality industry, with a preference for experience in limousine services.
  3. Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  4. Excellent leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  7. Proficient in MS Office Suite, fleet management software, and CRM systems.
  8. Knowledge of Dubai and UAE transportation regulations.
  9. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  10. Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
