Job Description and Qualifications
• All the below mentioned points to be followed in coordination with the plant operator.
• Make sure that the cylinders are properly sorted in the sorting area and placed in empty cylinders area.
• The cylinders baskets placed in the filling area should be to the respective gases and loading and unloading the cylinders should be done with the proper ramp.
• Pre fill inspection to be carried out for valve damage, cylinder damage, color code and product identification stickers.
• To make sure that the cylinders are fastened properly.
• Operating the pumps and tanks for cool down operation and vacuum.
• Leak checks in valves during cylinder filling and ensure the required pressure is achieved.
• To ensure that the batch inspection cylinders are provided.
• All the cylinder number with batch to be recorded for traceability batch sticker to be fixed.
• To make sure that it is placed properly in the full cylinders area after quality approval.
• Operating the transfer pumps and tankers for bulk loading offloading and micro bulk filling in the right tank and product.
• All PPE to follow during the duty hours.
• General house keeping to be maintained.
