We are looking for a highly motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and a deep knowledge of the Dubai property market. They should be capable of managing the sales process from start to finish, including sourcing new clients, negotiating and closing deals, and providing outstanding customer service throughout.
Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, advertising and other means to find potential clients.
- Property Listings: List and promote properties for sale on various platforms, including online listings, social media, and print media.
- Property Showings: Arrange property showings for prospective buyers and renters.
- Negotiation: Negotiate property sale prices between buyers and sellers.
- Contract Management: Assist clients in finalizing property deals, ensuring all paperwork and legal documentation is correctly managed.
- Market Research: Stay updated on current market conditions and trends in the Dubai real estate market.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, maintaining strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulations throughout all transactions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field would be an advantage.
- Real Estate Sales Agent License for Dubai.
- Proven work experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or Sales Associate in Dubai.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate management software.
- A strong network of potential clients in the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- A valid UAE driving license.
Note: The successful candidate should have a flexible schedule, as this role often requires weekend and evening work to accommodate the schedules of clients.
