Stay updated with the latest regulatory guidelines and industry standards pertaining to technology and telecommunications in Dubai.Conduct thorough audits across various business verticals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Work closely with internal teams to identify and address any compliance gaps or issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures.Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on regulatory matters, ensuring a clear understanding of compliance obligations.Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology and telecoms regulators, acting as the main point of contact for direct communication.Coordinate regulatory reporting and documentation, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.Conduct internal training sessions to raise awareness of regulatory compliance and promote a culture of adherence within the organization.Monitor changes in regulatory landscape and assess their potential impact on the company's operations.Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to anticipate and address potential compliance challenges.
Profile
Fluency in Arabic and EnglishA legal background such as a law qualificaiton/bachelor's degreeProven regulatory compliance experience in technology or telecommunicationsStrong knowledge of Dubai's regulatory frameworkAudit experience and understanding of compliance requirementsExcellent communication and relationship-building skills
