Description
Review and approve performance management policies and methodologies.Review and approve data collection and verification processes for KPI reporting.Review and approve policies and processes for confirming KPIs and establishing performance targets.Review format and content of performance reports and trend analyses.Review policies and approve processes for performance analysis using key performance drivers and benchmarking.Lead and develop the Strategy & Excellence team for corporate strategy development.
Profile
UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)Bachelor's degree or higher in the Business Administration or similar.7 years of experience in corporate performance management.Excellent interpersonal skills.
