Position Title: BIM Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 35K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
- Set up overall BIM protocol, implement to the team as company SOP to consistently practice across all projects following company approved standards
- Create, update each phase and manager BIM Model based on projects on hand
- Supervise and control quality of the production and LaD stages
- Review and verify the quality of BIM deliverables to maintain project standards, accuracy, and completeness of information in models for each project
- Conduct regular health check-ups on project phases ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and codes
