1. Develop plans for winning reputed National Awards such as Taqdeer Award, SKEA, MRM Business Award, DQA, prepare and train process owners on the Excellence Model.
2. Develop award submissions and attachments in a comprehensive, accurate and timely manner.
3. Develop Stakeholder Management framework by appropriate segmentation of all stakeholders, mapping their requirements, gauging perceptions and developing action plans.
4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on matters related to Group Business Excellence in order to facilitate flow of information, alignment and building awareness.
5. Ensure implementation of the Customer feedback, suggestions and complaints through the management system & procedure, determining root-cause and assist in immediate remedial actions. Work with core and support departments to ensure timely corrective actions are taken on the customer feedback/complaints to avoid recurrences.
6. Conduct surveys & analysis related to internal & externalcustomer satisfaction for Tristar Group. Assist departments in order to drive internal & external Customer Satisfaction improvements through tangible service improvements and adherence to SLAs/KPIs in their own area of responsibility. Devise, lead and manage surveys that include but are not limited to: Employees Satisfaction (Admin & Non-Admin), Supplier Satisfaction, Society, internal & external customer satisfaction.
7. Influence a gradual culture change through involvement and empowerment of key personnel leading to better and faster implementation of EFQM excellence model. Ensure continues improvement initiatives in THQ and across the Group operations in adherence to EFQM framework.
8. Initiate benchmarking efforts with an intent to scale up the organizations’ performance levels. (for business excellence only)
9. Support communication, training efforts, other Dept. & teams in integrating Business Excellence concepts and activities into their plans, policies and processes.
10. Assist Top Management in updating / formulating the strategy & business plans. Assist with the development and review of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) including establishing KPIs, and strategic objectives.
11. Assist in enhancing knowledge management within Tristar by enabling sharing of knowledge gained, lessons learnt, best practices and other learnings.
12. Lead special projects, evaluations and reviews as & when assigned by GCEO/GCAO in order to facilitate the successful outcome with deliverables. Lead excellence related data collection, gap analysis, reporting and solution implementation.
13. Monitor and manage the ‘Tristar Group’ LinkedIn page and upload the latest company news & information.
