Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading top tier developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an CRM Analytics Associate who will work closely with Marketing Leadership to ensure consistent digital marketing and communications activities. The Associate will support business objectives, foster customer relationships, and provide digital marketing strategies for new projects.<br />

<br />Responsibilities-
<br />
<br />- Drive CRM and lifecycle strategies using data insights to make actionable decisions.
<br />- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
<br />- Manage the CRM system, implement segmentation strategies, and create targeted marketing campaigns based on customer data.
<br />- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting bids and budgets for better targeting.
<br />- Create effective reporting solutions to guide global marketing teams' data-driven strategies.
<br />- Optimize paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
<br />- Analyze post-campaign data to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
<br />- Execute email marketing campaigns and analyze performance to improve future efforts.
<br />- Collaborate with Marketing team members for seamless digital marketing and CRM campaigns.
<br />- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing channels for data-driven optimization.
<br />- Present data insights through visualization, reporting, and presentations to the marketing team and senior management.
<br />- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in SEO, SEM, email marketing, CRM management, and digital analytics.
<br />
<br />Requirements
<br />- 7+ years of Marketing industry and CRM management experience, with at least 3+ years in the UAE.
<br />- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Mathematics, or related fields.
<br />- Additional relevant certifications are a plus.
<br />- Expertise in CRM Marketing and email performance (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics).
<br />- Strong technical skills, including Excel, data mining, and data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
<br />- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
<br />- Data-driven thinking with the ability to analyze complex business processes.
<br />- Works independently, manages multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
