Job Description:
Responsibilities for Recruitment Consultant
· Should have experience in IT & Non IT hiring
· Must have experience of using various hiring platform such as Job portals, Social Media etc.
· Experience in junior, mid & senior level hiring
· Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements
· Client onboarding
· Build long-term relationships with clients
· Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs
· Create and implement recruiting strategies
· Create and post job advertisements
· Search for potential candidates using hiring databases and social media
· Assess applications and resumes
· Screen applicants before the interviewing process
· Match applicants to job positions
· Knowledge of HR Operations/Generalist is an added advantage
