Procurement Management: (Solar experience is a must)
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies specific to solar projects.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for solar equipment, materials, and services.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with project requirements.
- Manage the procurement process, including RFQs (Requests for Quotation), bid evaluations, and purchase orders.
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Implement procurement best practices and continuously seek opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
2. Inventory Management:
- Coordinate with project teams to determine project material requirements and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Track and manage inventory of solar equipment, ensuring availability and minimizing excess stock.
- Conduct periodic stock audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and efficient storage of materials.
