The senior manager will be responsible for planning and developing the entity's enterprise command & control center system.

Description
Manage the implementation and maintenance of approved systems, processes, and annual budget. Cultivate positive relationships with external stakeholders, senior management, and Authority personnel related to the department.Ensuring seamless integration of IT components, including servers, networks, databases, applications, and monitoring tools, for efficient command and control centre system operation.Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including server administration, network management, storage, and ensuring system availability and security.Guide the team in creating section-specific corporate policies, procedures, and operational plans. Utilise technical studies, reports, and data to proactively identify potential risks and integrate industry-best practices.Optimise resource utilisation of technology infrastructure and budget to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the command & control centre system.Define section objectives in alignment with the company's strategic plan, ensuring compliance with government strategies, legislation, and internal policies.Provide performance reports to the Director and CEO, highlighting key recommendations for improvement and addressing weaknesses.
Profile
Bachelors' or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, MIS or related field.UAE National.+8 years of working experience in IT, managing enterprise command & control centre systems or similar complex operational systems.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively, promoting collaboration and achieving results.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to diverse stakeholders.
