Job Description: Customer Service Representative at Pop Social

Responsibilities:

Monitor community chat platforms, including Discord, for timely and effective ticket responses and engagement.
Manage the distribution of prizes and rewards to community members in a fair and organized manner.
Respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries on social media platforms such as Twitter and Instagram, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to assist with campaign site set up, including social media posts and community chat engagement.
Support the Community Moderator team with organizing and executing events and activities to enhance community engagement.
Assist in monitoring the behavior and performance of community moderators, ensuring adherence to guidelines and maintaining a positive community atmosphere.
Be available on standby during weekends to handle any emergencies or inbound inquiries that may arise.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing user concerns, resolving issues, and delivering a positive user experience.
