Job Description: Customer Service Representative at Pop Social
Responsibilities:
- Monitor community chat platforms, including Discord, for timely and effective ticket responses and engagement.
- Manage the distribution of prizes and rewards to community members in a fair and organized manner.
- Respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries on social media platforms such as Twitter and Instagram, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to assist with campaign site set up, including social media posts and community chat engagement.
- Support the Community Moderator team with organizing and executing events and activities to enhance community engagement.
- Assist in monitoring the behavior and performance of community moderators, ensuring adherence to guidelines and maintaining a positive community atmosphere.
- Be available on standby during weekends to handle any emergencies or inbound inquiries that may arise.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing user concerns, resolving issues, and delivering a positive user experience.
