Our client is a Leading Management Consulting Company. They are now looking for a Senior HR Specialist to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Evaluate the company’s culture and climate to determine if any changes need to be made to improve employee satisfaction
- Track and manage all engagement tools metrics
- Continue to review, update, and improve company policies and ensure policy compliance and awareness
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Salary: AED 7000 - AED 12000
