On behalf of our client, we are seeking potential candidates for the Financial Analyst position, who will play a vital role in analyzing financial data, evaluating business performance, conducting market research, and providing strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.
- Develop and evaluate financial models and valuation reports.
- Assist in creating investment marketing materials including investment teasers, information memorandums, etc.
- Assist in conducting business analysis/assessment (financial, operational, human capital).
- Assist in conducting primary and secondary market research
