Conduct meetings and oversee the daily activities of various sections, provide solutions for critical issues like defect, resource constraints etc. to ensure the daily production targets are met.
Track factory output against target production. Ensure operation is running at full capacity.
Monitors plant and equipment conditions; schedules and oversees maintenance and overhauls on a planned and emergency basis.
Research and recommend new equipment and capital expenditure alternatives targeted at increasing the operating efficiency and longevity of the plant and equipment
Evaluate and troubleshoot electrical/ mechanical problems; oversee preventative maintenance for all systems to ensure compliance with state and sector laws and regulations
Oversees the licensing, compliance, operations, and maintenance of all production related equipment to ensure maximum production within overall capacity at minimum cost in relationship to external factors (e.g., customer demand, resources available, etc.)
Oversee the personnel administration, evaluate the performance of direct reporters, monitor the performance of all the staff in the plant and recommend training programs to ensure the professional development of staff in terms.
