Assisting staff members in the preparation of monthly and quarterly accounting reports.
Analysing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting practices.
4. Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues. Identify potential cash flow problems and financial irregularities.
Liaising with department heads to ensure that each department remains within budget.
6. Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Training and Supervising providing overall guidance to junior accounting staff.
Manage month-end and year-end closing.
Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records.
Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with company’s targets.
Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department.
Recommends financial actions by analysing accounting options.
Supports annual audit by providing information and answers to auditors.
Ensure compliance with the law and auditor’s requirements.
