Barista / Waitress - Alnawadi Holding Company jobs

We are looking for a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of juices, coffee and tea. He/she should have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates. You should also be able to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they enter and give them the café menus
• Take orders while paying attention to details
• Prepare beverages following the company maintained recipes
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, and specialty drinks.
• Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries etc
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently (cash and cards)
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other coffee equipment effectively and safely
• Check if all the equipment’s operates properly and report any maintenance malfunctions or issues to the supervisor
• Follow food safety guidelines and health regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the café, including the beverage preparation area, service counter, and seating areas
• Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies to avoid shortages or wastage
