Electro-Mechanical Engineer - PROCAPITA Management Consulting jobs
- Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical issues in industrial machines used for date production and packaging.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and ensure optimal machine performance.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for various industrial machines to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of equipment and minimize disruptions.
- Propose and implement upgrades or modifications to improve equipment efficiency, safety, and output.
- Collaborate with management to obtain approval for necessary changes.
- Provide technical guidance to production and maintenance teams to address immediate issues and optimize machine operation.
- Train operators and technicians on basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Inspecting Equipment, Structures, or Material — Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
- Repairing and Maintaining Electronic Equipment — Servicing, repairing, calibrating, regulating, fine-tuning, or testing machines, devices, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of electrical or electronic (not mechanical) principles.
- Documenting/Recording Information — entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic/magnetic form.
- Making Decisions and Solving Problems — analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems
- Analyzing Data or Information — Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
- Repairing and Maintaining Mechanical Equipment — Servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of mechanical (not electronic) principles
