SAP HCM/SF Consultant - Automated Systems Company jobs
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the HCM suite, including SAP ECC 6.0 Core (OM/PA/Time/Payroll) and Enterprise portal (ESS/MSS).
- Minimum of 5 years of SAP experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off, Timesheet, Onboarding, offboarding PMGM, and knowledge of integration with other 3rd Party tools.
- Minimum of 1 End-to-End implementation experience in HCM suite and SF (Employee Central with Time Off & Timesheet and Benefits).
- Comprehensive understanding of business processes related to Core HR and Kuwait labor law.
- Good to have a minimum knowledge of two additional SF modules beside the HCM suite.
- Good to have knowledge of Fiori.
- Strong experience in leading a team for the implementation project and collaborative work with offshore teams.
- At least certified in one of the SuccessFactors modules.
