Plant Manager jobs
The Plant Manager is responsible for general management of plant operations and activities in terms of production, maintenance and projects.
- Oversee all daily operations of plant performances from production, maintenance and projects and to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Execute monthly, weekly production depending on stock level and sales requirement in cooperation with demand planning team.
- Make the full plant annual budget and production plan vs capacity.
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results. And develop the needed processes that will maximize stewardship, and increase safety, quality and productivity.
- Implement strategies and develop factory master plan in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
- Collect and analyze data to find areas of improvements to increase production efficiencies by identifying bottlenecks areas and time/product waste.
- Commit to plant safety procedures.
- Track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
- Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time delivery.
- Review major problems, trouble shooting and guide AM/Supervisor/Operators, Take decisions about production during any operational or Plant problems.
- Make/review monthly production report and presented to the management.
- Monitor plant and machinery problems and breakdowns.
- Lead the factory projects to be delivered on time and within budget.
- Part/Attend to Management Meetings, Leadership, NPD, Financial, S&Op’s.
