Quality Control In Charge (F&B) - Career Hunters jobs
Reporting To: Factory Manager and GM
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervision of syrup preparation as per production program and operation of water treatment plant.
• Responsible for checking and maintaining quality (including microbiology) of product and other ingredients in liaison with quality staff & manpower.
• Maintain lab & lab equipment in order Calibrate as per instructions.
• Follow up IMS program & accomplish set goals & objectives efficiency under IMS program. (Maintain ISO & other Certification).
• Coordinate GMP in liaison with other staff
• Assigned as HACCP coordinator.
• Implement HACCP program coordinating with Plant Manager, Production Manager and Maintenance Manager
• Conduct HACCP review in consultation of Plant Manager as per plan.
• Maintain HACCP records.
• Coordinate with other managers implementing pest control program.
• Inspection of ingredients (sugar, concentrate), chemicals, finished product in warehouse in liaison with incoming materials and supply chain logistic staff.
• Evaluation of non-conforming materials, product, and disposal after approval of Plant manager
• Responsible for various sample collection as per company's testing requirement
• Maintain Lab records and manuals including production samples.
• Organize consumer complaint analysis and corrective action.
• Ingredients (sugar, concentrate), chemicals, finished product in warehouse in liaison with incoming materials and supply chain logistic staff.
• Evaluation of non-conforming materials, product, and disposal after approval of Plant manager.
• Responsible for various sample collection as per company's testing requirement.
• Maintain Lab records and manuals including production samples
