Sending the insurance request related to the shipments & following up and reviewing invoices related to the shipments.Overseeing the shipments and costs and ensuring that timeliness and productivity are maintained.Developing all commercial invoices and packing lists associated with the initial bill.Preserving timeliness and productivity while monitoring shipments and costs.Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.Responsible from shipping order receipt until delivered at site included but not limited to operation, finance and reporting.Develops solutions for problematic situations related to logistics services in Iraq to ensure problems are solved prompt, efficient and in a professional manner.Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements Assist the Project Manager in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, cash flow forecast, actual cash flows and preliminary schedules etc. Track the progress and quality of documentation being provided by clients and or contractorsEffectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely, professional and cost effective manner Maintain Daily Tracking Reports as per specific clients’ requirementsAssist the Project Management in the review of Contractor quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval.Track, manage and excute all shipments Communicate ideas for improving company and/or client processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and support other colleagues to develop and strengthen such attitude, if required.Maintains up-to-date filing records (in both electronic and hard copy format) for all incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents including all Administrative Instructions and Circulars relating to each job file separately or related to a project. Provides necessary background information, maintain follow-up system, and draw the attention of the supervisor to matters requiring immediate and/or personal attentionAnalyze own performance and quality on regular basis and asked supervisor for support and advice, when and if required.Able to travel and relocate includes attending meeting abroad.
