We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Retail Operation Manager to join our team in Kuwait. As a Retail Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for managing a team of retail staff, training them, and ensuring their productivity and performance meet our standards. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional retail experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
2. Manage and train a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their productivity and performance meet company standards.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and increase customer satisfaction.
4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability to meet customer demands.
5. Analyze sales figures and trends to identify areas of improvement and implement appropriate actions.
6. Ensure visual merchandising standards are met in all stores to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
9. Maintain a high level of customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management.
2. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple retail stores.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7. Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
