We are looking for a skilled and experienced Car Rental Manager to join our team in Kuwait. As a Car Rental Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our car rental business, ensuring smooth and efficient service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the car rental business, including fleet management, reservations, and customer service.
- Ensure that all rental vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the car rental industry.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in car rental management.
- Knowledge of the Kuwait car rental market and industry practices.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
