Identify client requirements and obtain required data to complete architectural designs in 3D retendering.
Take measurements from site as required.
Prepare various architectural concept design proposals and project specifications for clients and other design professionals to develop design solutions and revise them as per the client request.
Prepare and revise drawings for various governmental agencies to ensure they are being approved on time.
Prepare working drawing sheets for on-site.
Coordinate with electromechanical services to ensure a successful execution of the project.
Ensure all designs meet architectural and construction safety regulations.
Provide regular update to client as required.
Supervise, train, and motivate staff and ensure their work meets project specifications.
