- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs, handling complaints, and providing timely solutions.
- Anticipating client needs and proactively offering solutions or improvements.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple key accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain) to fulfill client requirements and manage account-related projects.
- Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, data analysis, and presentations.
- Expertise in negotiating contract terms, pricing, and agreements to meet both client and company objectives.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, client needs, and company policies.
- Open to adopting new strategies and tools to improve account management and sales performance.
