For a Leading Advertising Agency in Kuwait Senior Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and delivering high-quality design solutions that resonate with our target audience. This position requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to produce compelling graphics for various media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design capabilities and a proven track record of working in a fast-paced advertising environment. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all design projects align with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Will be responsible to produce big ideas and conceptual designs to translate Clients strategies into impactful creative messages, always striving for excellence.
- Will gather data about competition and target audience to produce relevant creative work.
- Will work directly with the Creative team, Clients and Senior Management.
- Develop innovative design concepts and visual solutions for various advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with clients, account managers, and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have a bachelor degree in Graphic Design.
- Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience working in the creative design field
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to design challenges.
- To be with utmost flexibility in order to establish excellent communications internally within the Agency and with Clients when needed.
