- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide basic guidance on policies and procedures.

- Help create and implement onboarding plans.
- Support the development of training and development programs.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Help manage disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintain employee records in accordance with policy and legal requirements.
- Assist in reviewing employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
