Products and Service
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Electronic Low Voltage (ELV) Presales Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team with technical expertise, solution designs, and proposals for Low Voltage systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarms, public address systems, and more. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ELV systems, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Proposal:
- Design and propose comprehensive ELV solutions based on client requirements, technical specifications, and standards.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), technical drawings, and cost estimations.
- Create and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
Presales Support:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and develop customized solutions.
- Provide technical guidance during client meetings and site visits.
- Assist in preparing RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) responses.
Technical Expertise:
- Stay up to date with the latest ELV technologies, standards, and trends in the market.
- Evaluate and recommend products and solutions to meet project requirements.
- Support technical reviews and approval processes with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams such as project management, procurement, and engineering to ensure seamless project execution.
- Act as a bridge between the client and technical teams during the presales phase.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and partners.
- Conduct site surveys and provide technical input to address client concerns.
