LANOVE, a leading women's clothing brand, is looking for a Social Media & Content Marketing Executive to enhance our digital presence and engage our fashion-forward audience. This role is perfect for a creative individual with a passion for fashion and expertise in social media management and content creation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and publish compelling content across platforms like Instagram.
- Collaborate with designers to produce visually stunning graphics and videos.
- Monitor trends, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Engage with our online community to strengthen brand loyalty.
- Support influencer collaborations and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare performance reports and provide insights for growth.
Preferred Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in social media and content marketing.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and content creation software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
