We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team in Aqaba, Jordan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by effectively communicating with customers over the phone. You will handle a variety of tasks, including answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing product information. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database. Provide detailed product information and assist customers in making informed decisions. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices. Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores. Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain high standards of service. Preferred Candidate: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a clear and friendly tone. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Empathy and patience when dealing with customers, ensuring a positive experience. Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
