We are seeking a skilled Quantity Survey Engineer to manage the cost and contractual aspects of building projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed within budget while maintaining high-quality standards, and will provide accurate cost control, estimation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for building projects. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines. Conduct quantity take-offs, valuation of work done, and prepare interim and final payment certificates. Review and analyze contracts, bills of quantities, and tender documents. Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to the project team. Maintain accurate records of project expenditures and prepare regular reports. Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and relevant regulations.
