We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Jordan within the Other Business Support Services sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales strategies. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets, and fostering a customer-focused culture. You will collaborate with various departments, including marketing and customer service, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and performance. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and enhance product offerings. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on progress and areas for improvement. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales growth. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic planning. Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment. Preferred Candidate: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the business support services industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools. Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach. Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
