Project Site Engineer - Egypt Education Platform (EEP)
Job Description We are seeking a qualified and motivated Project Engineer with 6–8 years of experience in building construction to support our project management and site delivery functions. The ideal candidate will coordinate technical activities, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety requirements across all project stages. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of project activities in line with approved plans and specifications. Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements, and ensure alignment with project requirements. Monitor project progress, track milestones, highlight risks/delays, and support preparation of recovery actions. Prepare technical reports, progress updates, meeting minutes, logs, and other project documentation. Support cost and quantity verification for interim payments, variations, and change orders. Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with standards. Assist in the coordination of testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover activities.
