About the Role We are looking for a high-performing Sourcing Manager to lead and scale our product sourcing across the GCC and Europe. This role is responsible for building and managing a network of shoppers, securing high-demand inventory, and ensuring a consistent flow of desirable products aligned with customer demand. You will operate at the intersection of supply, pricing, and demand, working closely with sales and content teams to source items that convert quickly and profitably. This is a fast-paced, execution-heavy role that requires strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to move quickly across multiple markets.
