Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and qualified Occupational Therapist - Pediatrics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children facing developmental challenges and will be committed to providing high-quality therapy to promote their development and well-being. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of children’s occupational therapy needs. Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on the evaluation results. Utilize therapeutic techniques, activities, and equipment to promote children’s skills. Work collaboratively with families, teachers, and other professionals to support the child's development. Document and maintain accurate patient records and progress notes. Facilitate group therapy sessions, focusing on social skills, sensory integration, and motor skills. Monitor and update treatment plans as necessary to ensure that goals are being met. Participate in training and workshops to further professional development and stay updated on best practices.
