The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective and existing customers, closing sales over the phone, and delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets. Promote products and services and convert leads into sales. Build strong customer relationships through professional communication. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Process customer orders accurately and maintain CRM records. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Cross sell and upsell products where appropriate. Maintain daily activity reports. Meet individual sales and call targets.
