Job Description Responsible for maintaining accurate customer accounts. Monitor accounts receivable and prepare aging and MIS reports. Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments through professional communication. Reconcile customer accounts and record receipts accurately. Monitor credit limits and escalate overdue accounts as required. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
