TM Car Rentals Company is a Kuwait-based car rental company offering daily, monthly and long-term rentals. We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Agent to handle customer enquiries and turn them into bookings. Key responsibilities: Reply to customer enquiries on WhatsApp, phone and email Prepare and send rental quotes, and follow up until the booking is confirmed Check customer documents (Kuwait Civil ID and driving licence) before booking Coordinate car delivery and pickup with the operations team Handle rental extensions, renewals and after-rental follow-up Keep customer and booking records up to date in our system Requirements: 1-3 years' experience in sales or customer service (car rental or automotive is a plus) Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written Strong communication and follow-up skills Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and a computer Able to work shifts Own laptop and a stable internet connection Work location: Remote.
