Position Title: Events Manager and Designer
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus commission
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A Dubai based events consultancy organization that does full cycle form planning to execution on corporate and social events
Job Description:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, objectives, and budget constraints then create a suitable quotation to send to clients for approval and negotiation.
- Brainstorm on design concepts, mood boards, pitch deck and floor plans for various event spaces together with Sr Designer.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of interior design materials and furniture.
- Monitor and manage event budgets throughout the planning and execution phases.
- Handle event-related issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise
