Position Title: Events Manager and Designer

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: up to 9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus commission

About the Client:

A Dubai based events consultancy organization that does full cycle form planning to execution on corporate and social events

Job Description:

Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, objectives, and budget constraints then create a suitable quotation to send to clients for approval and negotiation.
Brainstorm on design concepts, mood boards, pitch deck and floor plans for various event spaces together with Sr Designer.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of interior design materials and furniture.
Monitor and manage event budgets throughout the planning and execution phases.
Handle event-related issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise
