Our client is a leading Company in a Banking Industry. They are now looking for a Sales Coordinator to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process retail credit applications for all applications received from sales staff and Outlets and attach all the relevant documentation for approval through the workflow system within the agreed turnaround time.
- Analyse customer’s documents and generate bank statements and AECB report through UAE Central Bank and AECB portal for each customer application.
- Create CIF for retail customer case profile on the Finacle system and maintain MIS and ensure accurate data entry following Company policies and procedures.
- Liaise and follow up with Credit Administration unit and Operations department to assist with the requests for disbursement post approval of all retail credit cards and finance facility by contacting the customers/sales staff within the agreed turnaround time.
