• Enable organizational delivery of support and evidence of student emotional, social educational and communication needs through observation, data collection, analysis and recommendations in Action Plans for students with concerns identified in Cause for Concern Action Plans. 
• Use strong communication (presentation, workshops, written, oral, digital) and decision-making skills working effectively with EPG branch staff to agreed deadlines and with a result-oriented purpose.
