On behalf of our client in Kuwait, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced R&D Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine to join the team. This is a hybrid position, allowing a combination of remote work and on-site presence as needed. The candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our Chinese culinary offerings. Also will be responsible for menu development, ensuring that our concepts showcase authentic and contemporary Chinese flavors while catering to the local palate in Kuwait
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our culinary team to create, refine, and innovate menus that reflect the essence of Chinese cuisine while meeting the preferences of our target audience.
- Conduct extensive research, testing, and refinement of recipes to ensure high-quality and authentic dishes. Stay abreast of food trends and incorporate them into menu offerings.
- Provide training and support to the kitchen staff to ensure consistent execution of recipes and adherence to quality standards.
- Work closely with suppliers to identify and source high-quality, authentic Chinese ingredients that meet our standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to continuously enhance our menu and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and management, to align culinary strategies with overall business goals.
