Job Description: We are looking for a Work Control Engineer to plan, coordinate, and control maintenance activities using the Maximo CMMS system, ensuring effective execution of work orders, compliance with company procedures, and accurate maintenance records. Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule maintenance activities for all services and simulate schedules using IBM Maximo. Initiate maintenance Work Orders after approval and follow up until proper closure. Coordinate with all service teams to support maintenance procedures and execution. Collect feedback from executed work orders and ensure accurate system closure. Maintain and organize closed work orders and historical maintenance records. Update asset data including locations, equipment, and system information in Maximo. Coordinate between store/materials and work orders to ensure availability of required spare parts. Apply and audit company policies and procedures during work order execution. Modify and update the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Master Plan based on supervisor requests. Generate and provide maintenance reports and analysis to support service performance studies and decision-making.
